🔩 G.I. & Accessories: Essential Tools for Your HVAC Projects 🛠️

Round VCD
A Round Volume Control Damper (VCD) is a versatile device used to regulate and control airflow within ducts or air-handling equipment. It acts as a valve or plate, allowing for precise adjustment of air supply or exhaust in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This enables efficient temperature and climate control on a room-by-room basis or to cut off airflow to unused areas.

G.I. Ring
A valve or plate that stops or regulates the flow of air inside a duct, chimney, VAV box, air handler, or other air-handling equipment. A damper may be used to cut off central air conditioning (heating or cooling) to an unused room, or to regulate it for room-by-room temperature and climate control.

C Chanel Support
Also known as C beams, structural beams with C shaped cross section. Top and bottom plates of a C channel are named as flanges and the vertical plate which connects the flanges is named as web.

Duct Access Doors
Fire rated access door options include upward swinging or inward opening doors, self-latching or automatically closing latches, automatic or manual panel releases, and piano hinges that open a full 180 degrees for greater range of motion.

S Cleats
Used to join sections of rectangular duct in HVAC systems. These cleats are sleeves of galvanize steel that help to securely assemble the top and bottom ("S") and left and right sides (Drive) of rectangular duct runs.

C Cleats
Cleat profile as a means of joining the unformed overlapping edges when making in-line duct connections.

Threaded Rod
Threaded rod, also known as a stud, is a relatively long rod that is threaded on both ends; the thread may extend along the complete length of the rod. They are designed to be used in tension.

Flexible Duct Connector
In an air-conditioning system, a short length of flexible non-porous material that is inserted between metal ductwork and a metal air diffuser (or air register); prevents the transmission of vibration between these components of the system.

Rubber Support Inserts
A convenient and effective means of preventing crushing of insulation at pipe support locations of chilled water, condenser water and domestic hot / cold water installations.

Neoprene Floor Mounts
Used for preventing noise and high-frequency vibration on a variety of industrial machines.

Rubber Lined Split Clamps
Grooved construction for added strength. Used for mounting of pipes to the walls (vertical/horizontal). Hanging type is M8/M10 combi nut. M10/M12 provided as option. High Quality Rubber lining for suppression of sound & vibrations. Lock bolts with combi cross recessed head.

Neoprene Hangers
Designed to be effective for high frequency attenuation problems either effecting a protected space or emanating from that space to surrounding locations.

Squared Flexible Duct Connector
In an air-conditioning system, a short length of flexible non-porous material that is inserted between metal ductwork and a metal air diffuser (or air register); prevents the transmission of vibration between these components of the system.

U-Strap Clamps
A fastening device used to hold or secure objects tightly together to prevent movement or separation through the application of inward pressure.

Cased Spring Mount
It is used for isolating floor mounted sources of noise in diverse mechanical equipment such as condensing units, reciprocating compressors, packaged air handling units, roof top air handling units and air cooled / water cooled chillers
